To complete this process, you will need the following information:

  • the penalty charge notice number.
  • the vehicle registration number that the notice was issued for.
  • your contact details.
  • a statement of reasons as to why you are challenging.

The notice number and vehicle registration number can be found on the front of the penalty charge notice.

All fields are required unless labelled as optional.
Enter the two letter prefix XO followed by eight numbers Example: XO30020006
Enter the notice number as shown on the documents you have received.
