Enter Your Penalty Notice Details

You will need the following information to complete the process:

  • The Penalty Notice number that was issued.
  • The vehicle registration number that was issued the notice.
  • The web code as printed on the correspondence received.
  • Your contact details.

The Penalty Notice number, vehicle registration number, and web code can be found on the front of the Penalty Notice or correspondence you have received. If you are unable to find web code please call 0116 454 3110 (This number takes you to a voicemail service where you can leave your number for us to give you a call back.)
