You will need the following information to complete the process:

• The notice number that was issued.
• The vehicle registration number that was issued the notice.
• Your contact details.
• Payment card details, either credit or debit cards are accepted.

The notice number and vehicle registration number can be found on the front of the charge notice or correspondence you have received.

Please Note: In some cases we may be unable to process your payment before 6pm on the day the Penalty Charge Notice was issued. In the event of this, please wait 24 hours before attempting to make payment again.
